What is Obsidian?

Obsidian [obsidian.md] is a free note-taking application available for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.

A window without title. It has various icons on a toolbar and side bar. A left pane reads "My Notes" and under it "Cool Websites" (active) and "Reminders." At the bottom, "Obsidian Vault." The main pane has multiple tabs with "Cool Websites" selected. A label reads "My Notes / Cool Websites." Under it the heading "Cool Websites" with "www.virtualcuriosities.com is a cool website" written after it. On the right pane a "Graph View" panel displays both "Cool Websites" and "Reminders" as dots.
