I can't copy a file in one file manager and paste it in another file manager :(

After installing several desktop environments on Linux, I ended up with several file managers: Thunar, Nemo, Dolphin, Caja, and PCManFM. One thing I've noticed is that I can't just copy one file from one file managers and paste it in another file managers, despite the fact that all file managers should support the same copy-pasting functionality.

You might be asking why do I even have multiple file managers open in the first place. Well, that's because not all file managers seem to support the same functions. Some of them don't create thumbnails, others don't seem to have my bookmarks, etc.
